We are looking for Martial Artists to join our Competition and Demo Team.

The IBF- USA can support you to take your Martial Arts Training to the next level.

The IBF-USA is organizing tryouts to join our Martial Arts Demo and Competition team.
Our goal is to put several teams together, kids,youths, men, woman. All Styles are welcome. The competition rules of International Budo Federation apply.
The areas of our focus are:
Forms/ Kata - individual, team, weapons
Point Sparring- team and individual
Self-Defense/ Sequence Sparring- choreographed performance

Please bring safety equipment for Sparring( Head Gear, Mouth Guard, Foot Protection, Gloves 10oz-14oz)

I would like to welcome everyone who has got a passion to share the Martial Arts. If you are looking for challenges in your Martial Arts Training and would like to compete in open tournaments and championships- this will be a great place to start.
During the Tryouts we will work on the assessment of each individual and team performer. Together we will discuss the path that we need to take to get ready for our first stepping stone in the development of great USA Team- The Long-Beach International Karate Tournament.
